1/2oz Vodka
1/2oz Gin
1/2oz Rum
1/2oz Tequila
1/2oz Triple Sec (Blue Curacao = Blue LIT)
Fill Up with Sour Mix
Top with Cola Soda After Shaking (7up = Blue LIT)
Shaken and Strain on to Fresh Ice
Garnished with a lemon
Served in a Collins Glass
Sour Mix
Sour mix is a mixer that is yellow-green in color and is used in many cocktails. It is made from approximately equal parts lemon and/or lime juice and simple syrup and shaken vigorously with ice. This produces a pearly-white liquid with a pronounced flavor.
50% Lemon and/or Lime Juice
50% Simple Syrup (Equal Parts Sugar and Water)
Egg White Optional (Usually 1/2 egg white per Drink)
